Join Comexi Group’s APAC sales team to expand in Asia Pacific Markets with us.

Mission: Drive Comexi’s growth in the APAC region through the proactive capture of new opportunities and the strengthening of the agent network. Guarantee superior performance standards to gain market share, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that consolidates brand loyalty across the territory.
Main Functions and responsibilities:
Provide market and competition information to define sales goals and develop the annual action plan, including target markets, fairs, and events.
Generate new leads, capture sales opportunities, and maintain the CRM and sales activity database.
Supervise the preparation of technical and economic proposals, manage contract negotiations to close deals, and ensure correct collection of payments.
Periodically report to Commercial Management on the evolution of sales objectives, new customers, and overall area activity.
Actively travel to target markets and visit customers to communicate the benefits of Comexi’s technologies.
Maintain strong relations with current customers to ensure brand loyalty and extend the range of products and services.
Coordinate with Key Account Managers and other regions for cross-regional sales, as well as with service and project management teams.
Provide agents with product knowledge and sales tools, while coordinating their visits and reporting activities.
Transfer sales targets to representatives, evaluate their annual performance, and source new agents where necessary.
Ensure an excellent overall customer experience by coordinating across sales, project management, and after-sales phases.
Communicate new product information to the market and network with partners and local associations to organize promotional events.
Your profile
University Degree or equivalent. Specialization in engineering and/or business-related fields are valuable.
Previous experience in international Commercial department. Valuable working experience in machinery companies.
Knowledge: Flexible packaging sector, sales techniques, negotiation skills, import/Export, basic financial knowledge, commercial procedures.
English Professional proficiency. Chinese and/or other Asian languages are highly valuable.
Located or able to relocate to South East Asian Countries.
Able to travel with frequency.
Skills: Results orientation, customer orientation, proactivity, and innovation teamwork ownership, communication, and empathy.
