Vị trí này tại MEXC dành cho ứng viên đam mê tiền mã hoá, làm việc online khu vực APAC, hợp đồng toàn thời gian, tập trung vào nghiên cứu tài sản, tối ưu thanh khoản, xây dựng và triển khai các chiến dịch thu hút giao dịch cũng như phân tích dữ liệu để hoàn thiện chiến lược. Ứng viên được hưởng lương cạnh tranh, thưởng theo hiệu suất, phụ cấp làm việc từ xa và nhiều phúc lợi khác.
Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm giao dịch crypto, am hiểu thị trường, từng triển khai chiến dịch quảng bá thành công và nhạy bén với các xu hướng mới. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong sàn giao dịch tiền mã hoá hoặc dự án blockchain, kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu và phối hợp đa phòng ban.

You’ll dive deep into crypto asset research, drive liquidity optimization, and craft market-moving activities to boost user engagement and trading volume.

- Asset & Liquidity Management: Conduct in-depth research and evaluation of potential crypto assets; track market prices and on-chain data to optimize trading pair liquidity and enhance user trading experience.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Independently design and launch promotional campaigns (e.g., trading competitions, new token listings) to drive trading volume and user participation.
- Hot Topic Response: Rapidly capture industry trends (macro policies, Meme trends, etc.) and translate them into actionable marketing campaigns and content to amplify platform influence.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Iteration: Monitor core operational data (campaign performance, user behavior); generate insights to refine and optimize operational strategies continuously.
Why you need
- Strong passion for cryptocurrency with hands-on trading experience; familiar with mainstream tokens and market dynamics.
- Proven experience in internet campaign operations, with successful end-to-end campaign planning & execution cases.
- High information sensitivity; able to quickly interpret industry hotspots and turn them into operational initiatives.
- Plus: Prior working experience in crypto exchanges or blockchain projects.
- Solid data analysis skills and excellent cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
