We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our software solutions. Your expertise in building modern websites, creating integrations and RESTful APIs will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless operation and successful project implementation. 

Primary Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supports small to medium deployments, configurations, and expansions of systems through analysis and customization.
  • Ensures applications integrate with the existing infrastructure of the company.
  • Works as part of a team to implement solutions that expand our use of technology across the organization in accordance with business objectives.
  • Assists with technical quality review and testing at various points throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Translates use cases and requirements effectively into user stories with support from other members of the team.
  • Serves as a point of contact for development-related issues, concerns, and needs..

Requirements: 

  • Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent work experience in .NET/C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, XML/JSON/web services, and SQL queries and stored procedures required  
  • Experience working with source control systems such as Git or TFS in a team environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle from problem definition, requirements definition, design, development, testing, and implementation; including agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including (but not limited to) Outlook/Exchange and SharePoint.
  • Experience with development and programming of SQL relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills as well as be a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on expectations for project goals or software development efforts.
