• We are seeking team members who want to kickstart their career within the category through a 'Brand Project' within one month of launch. We provide hands-on experience participating in a global brand marketing project.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position operates the KOC Booking campaign to secure THOME's awareness in the U.S. market.

• Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Operations

  • Target Market: USA
  • Campaign: Free gifting campaign + TikTok Affiliate Programs
  • Listing up & Screening suitable nano/micro influencers and TikTok affiliates
  • Outreaching, Booking, Tracking shipping & video upload to Creators
  • Performing other marketing support tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No work experience required
• Proficient English speaking skills to work with the Korean team & Influencers
• Ability to quickly prioritize tasks within tight deadlines
• Commitment to completing assigned tasks responsibly
• Basic proficiency in Excel for simple data organization and management
• Available to start immediately after result notification
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Strong interest in the beauty industry and TikTok content
• Confident in using Excel functions, automation, and keyboard shortcuts
• Korean language proficiency sufficient for business operations

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 10 AM – 11 AM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment:
  
  • Fresher: Gross 9M ~ 11M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
