Audio Engineer
Vị trí hợp đồng theo giờ, làm việc remote cho Crossing Hurdles tại Việt Nam, đảm nhận sản xuất và mix các dự án audio với mức lương lên tới $65/giờ. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm sáng tạo, chỉnh sửa và mix các dự án đa track bằng Ardour hoặc LMMS, trình bày workflow sản xuất chi tiết và phối hợp cùng nhóm từ xa để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn chuyên nghiệp.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thực tiễn với Ardour/LMMS, thành thạo kỹ năng sản xuất, edit và mix âm thanh, có khả năng tự tạo sản phẩm từ đầu, giao tiếp tốt, chú ý chi tiết và làm việc độc lập. Vị trí phù hợp với người linh hoạt, sẵn sàng thích nghi với hướng sáng tạo mới.

Description:
Position: Audio Production Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $19–$65/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and mix multi-track audio projects using Ardour or LMMS as the primary DAW.
- Demonstrate authentic end-to-end audio production workflows, from initial concept to polished final mix.
- Showcase creative experimentation, layering techniques, and real-time refinements during production sessions.
- Apply professional mixing techniques to enhance clarity, balance, dynamics, and overall sound quality.
- Clearly document and explain creative decisions and workflow rationale in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate remotely with team members to meet project goals and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure final outputs meet professional standards for audio quality and artistic integrity.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Ardour and/or LMMS in professional or semi-professional environments.
- Strong understanding of audio editing, mixing, and music production workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build complete tracks or mixes from scratch, including layering and refinement.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality audio assets.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote team setting.
- Adaptable and capable of handling evolving creative directions.
