Bạn sẽ bán giải pháp AI/SaaS cho khách hàng B2B, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực khách sạn hoặc thương mại điện tử. Công việc cho phép làm việc từ xa, được hưởng lương cạnh tranh và thưởng theo kết quả, môi trường startup quốc tế linh hoạt và cơ hội thăng tiến lên Senior Sales Manager hoặc Country Manager.

Ứng viên cần có 3+ năm kinh nghiệm bán SaaS B2B, ưu tiên từng làm trong ngành khách sạn hoặc e-commerce, cùng khả năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt và tiếng Anh trung cấp. Lợi thế lớn nếu đã có mạng lưới khách hàng, quen với CRM hoặc từng giới thiệu sản phẩm AI/Cloud. Công việc yêu cầu sự chủ động, độc lập và tư duy kết quả.

Job Description

As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling Lilu’s AI-powered software products to B2B clients in Vietnam, with a focus on the hospitality and e-commerce industries. You will effectively communicate the product’s value and demonstrate the benefits of its adoption.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach B2B clients in Vietnam, with a focus on the hospitality or e-commerce industries
  • Conduct cold calls and messaging via, email, Zalo, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision-makers (general managers, sales directors, owners, operations managers)
  • Deliver product demonstrations and present the value of our AI solutions to decision-makers
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system and provide weekly sales reports
  • Actively build and manage a strong sales pipeline while continuously searching for new business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS products to B2B clients
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, travel tech, channel managers) or e-commerce
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • An existing network in the hospitality or e-commerce sectors in Vietnam is a strong advantage
  • Experience selling digital platforms, automation tools, CRM, AI solutions, or cloud software is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with a results-oriented mindset
