Backend Architect (Java experience and Mandarin speaker)
Vị trí này tại HyperPay ưu tiên ứng viên ở khu vực APAC, làm việc remote với vai trò toàn thời gian. Ứng viên chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch, thiết kế kiến trúc kỹ thuật backend, tối ưu hóa hệ thống, nâng cao hiệu quả R&D và áp dụng những công nghệ mới nhất cho sản phẩm ví blockchain quy mô lớn. Đãi ngộ cạnh tranh và được làm việc trong môi trường công nghệ cao quốc tế.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển backend, thành thạo Java (biết thêm Golang là lợi thế), hiểu rõ về kiến trúc microservices, hệ thống phân tán. Bắt buộc sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Trung (giao tiếp và đọc viết), có khả năng thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống và làm việc nhóm tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng quản lý nhóm kỹ thuật hoặc có kinh nghiệm tổ chức quy trình R&D.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with 1+ year of team management experience preferred; bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields from accredited universities preferred
- Proficient in backend framework technologies (Primary: Java / Secondary: Golang)
- Familiar with commonly used application frameworks for microservices: service registry & discovery, configuration center, service governance, distributed storage/queues, etc.; able to understand their working principles and limitations from the perspective of module design and distributed systems
- Proven architectural design capabilities: able to conduct architecture reviews, design architecture diagrams, independently build core system frameworks, and lead the team to deliver
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket, and communication protocols
- Strong proficiency in release workflows and ability to produce clear documentation and guide the team
- Clear understanding of monitoring and operational systems
- Deep thinking and a long-term view of product and engineering development; clear understanding and mastery of technology evolution paths
- Certain product sense: able to build architectural solutions based on product direction, business goals, and functional boundaries
- Experience in distributed system design is preferred
- Strong communication skills, cross-team collaboration abilities, a responsible and detail-oriented attitude, strong ownership, and high stress tolerance
- Strong learning ability, self-driven, with good professionalism and integrity
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning the technical architecture and system architecture of backend services
- In charge of platform-wide architecture evolution, including technical iteration, architectural optimization, and performance enhancement
- Maintain and optimize development processes, improve R&D efficiency, and enhance development quality
- Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies, participate in technical research and evaluation, and produce relevant documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public module innovation; conduct research and feasibility analysis on new technical solutions and projects
