Brand Growth Operator (Content + AI + Social + Paid)
A fast-growing digital brand is seeking a Content & Growth Builder to aggressively scale its social presence from 150K to 1M+ followers across platforms in under a year. This fully remote role comes with $1,250/month (first 90 days), $1,500/month, and $10,000+ annual performance bonuses, plus paid travel, access to AI tools & creative software, and paid content-related travel (1–2 trips/month). You’ll own end-to-end content production, follower and engagement growth, profile optimization, community engagement, and platform expansion across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Ideal candidates have proven experience rapidly growing social accounts with direct, measurable results, are highly skilled in short-form video/content creation, AI-powered scripting/editing, and paid social ads. Must thrive in high-volume, high-accountability environments, adapt content natively per platform, and be comfortable with frequent travel. Strong English, deep understanding of social trends/algorithms, and a relentless drive for experimentation and improvement are essential. This is a results-driven, hands-on role for doers—not managers or strategists.

- Turn 1 idea into 20+ variations
- Create:

You must be FAST.

- scripting
