Ứng viên sẽ làm việc từ xa, chịu trách nhiệm tiếp cận, thu hút khách sạn trở thành khách hàng, thực hiện demo sản phẩm, ký kết hợp đồng, duy trì các mối quan hệ cũng như mở rộng bán chéo dịch vụ. Chính sách lương USD, làm việc linh hoạt và hồi đáp trực tiếp cùng lãnh đạo khu vực mang lại môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có mạng lưới khách sạn tại Việt Nam, sở hữu đầy đủ phương tiện làm việc từ xa (máy tính, điện thoại, internet ổn định), sẵn sàng đi công tác và gặp gỡ khách hàng khi cần. Ưu tiên ứng viên làm việc tự chủ, chủ động xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách sạn, hiểu biết tốt về thị trường cũng như các đối thủ cạnh tranh.

Description: Business Development Manager – Vietnam
Preferred Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert hotels and hospitality clients into active subscribers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote the Digital Hotelier platform.
- Secure subscription agreements and ensure smooth coordination with the Operations team.
- Manage renewals, payments, and client relationships.
- Upsell additional products and services.
- Monitor competitors and recommend pricing strategies.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.
- Maintain client satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Qualifications:
- Solid background in the hotel industry with an established network in Vietnam.
- Must have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet connection, laptop, and smartphone.
- Willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
