Darkex là nền tảng giao dịch tiền mã hóa hàng đầu có trụ sở chính tại Dubai, đang tìm kiếm Business Development Partner làm việc tự do tại Việt Nam. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm phát triển đối tác, xây dựng hệ sinh thái khách hàng, đàm phán các điều khoản thương mại và hỗ trợ tăng trưởng doanh thu thông qua các kết nối mới. Lương thưởng hấp dẫn dựa trên hiệu quả hợp tác lâu dài.
Yêu cầu bao gồm kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh hoặc B2B sales trong lĩnh vực crypto, fintech; sở hữu danh mục đối tác/khách hàng rõ ràng; kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp xuất sắc và kiến thức cơ bản về quy trình KYC/KYB, AML. Ưu tiên ứng viên có mạng lưới quan hệ rộng trong ngành và mong muốn hợp tác lâu dài cùng Darkex.

We are a good match if you:
- Have an existing network in crypto, Web3, fintech, or trading
- Can bring corporate clients, partners, communities, and KOL connections
- Are strong at opening doors and closing partnerships
- Understand local markets and how crypto users behave
- Want to build a long-term partnership with an exchange, not a one-off deal
You should have:
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (crypto or fintech)
- A clear portfolio (partners, communities, institutions, or clients you work with)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of KYC / KYB and AML
- Comfort in a client-facing role
- Interest in crypto, trading, and blockchain
Your role:
- Introduce and onboard new KOLs, business partners and corporate clients
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Work with internal teams on onboarding and growth
- Support volume and revenue growth through partnerships
- Report progress and achieve KPIs
