Description: CAD/BIM Modeller (M&E)

We are looking for a CAD/BIM Modeller (M&E) to join our client’s engineering team. The successful candidate will work remotely from Vietnam, supporting the design and coordination of mechanical and electrical building systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience working with a professional Irish consultancy, contributing to high-quality building services projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update Revit MEP or AutoCAD MEP models for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and coordinated BIM models under engineer supervision.
• Interpret design mark-ups and specifications from M&E engineers.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of design information across all project stages.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing standards.

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years’ experience in M&E drafting or BIM modelling.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP or AutoCAD MEP (essential).
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings (HVAC, lighting, piping, cable trays, etc.).
• Good English communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.

Employment Details

• Location: Remote – Vietnam
• Working hours: Vietnam afternoons/evenings (~14:00–23:30, Mon–Fri; flexibility possible once role is established)
• Salary range: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience and English level)
• Employment type: Full-time with full employment rights in Vietnam
• Reports to: Senior Engineer / Design Manager (Ireland)
