Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Job Description
The Coordination Intern will be responsible for providing coordination support and will report directly to Coordination Leader working as part of our Operations team.
The purpose of QIMA’s Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Inspections schedule arrangements in the assigned zone, in line with our clients’ timelines and requirements.
- Supplier’s relationship management from operation set-up (supplier onboarding and engagement) to actual service scheduling.
- Resource planning and allocation according to service types, inspectors’ expertise, and transport cost optimization.
- Ensure some daily operational support to our field inspectors and to the suppliers.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Good Vietnamese and English communication.
- A bachelor or higher degree related to Supply Chain/Manufacturing.
- Have high work ethics, and willingness to learn and be involved.
- Previous exposure to 3rd party inspection is a plus.
