Customer Support Collaborator (Night Shift, online 100%)
Vị trí này dành cho cộng tác viên hỗ trợ khách hàng làm việc online ban đêm cho công ty BSS Commerce tại Việt Nam. Công việc tập trung tư vấn, giải đáp thắc mắc, hỗ trợ cài đặt sản phẩm Omni Themes về Shopify qua nhiều kênh, đồng thời chuyển các vấn đề kỹ thuật sang đội phát triển. Mức lương 60,000 VND/giờ, làm theo ca đêm, làm việc từ xa và có đào tạo online chuyên sâu.
Ứng viên cần thành thạo tiếng Anh (IELTS 6.5+), có kỹ năng giao tiếp, phân tích tốt, biết cơ bản về HTML/CSS là lợi thế. Kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ khách hàng công nghệ/e-commerce là điểm cộng. Ưu tiên người nhanh nhẹn, làm việc nhóm tốt. Có cơ hội trở thành nhân viên chính thức nếu đáp ứng được yêu cầu công việc.

Primary Description: BSS Commerce · Vietnam (Remote)
Description: Job Description:
Consult, guide, and support in solving queries about Omni Themes’ products from customers through multiple support channels
Support to handle problems arising when customers install and use the Shopify Themes and Apps. Transfer technical problems, request customization for the development team, and ensure the quality of work delivered to customers.
Update customers on the status of processing requests
Advise customers on solutions when using eCommerce and Shopify
Work with various teams
Conduct other tasks assigned
Requirements:
Working hours (UTC+7): Regular shift (Remote): 0:00 – 04:00 AM or 4:00 – 8:00, Tuesday to Saturday. Training: 1 month from 10:00-17:00, lunch break from 11:45-13:15. Compensation is based on actual hours worked.
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, analysis, and critical thinking.
Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Team-oriented with a quick learning capability.
