About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team, working closely with the DevOps/Platform team to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for scalable, automated data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with the DevOps/Platform team to integrate data engineering solutions with cloud infrastructure.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and security of data systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data infrastructure and CI/CD processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a solid understanding of DevOps principles.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
