Vị trí thực tập tại Syntellix Academy, làm việc remote từ TP. HCM, tập trung hỗ trợ chiến lược SEO cho nền tảng đào tạo Marketing B2B. Nhiệm vụ bao gồm xây dựng, tối ưu hóa SEO, sản xuất nội dung cho website, phối hợp cùng các phòng ban nội dung, đo lường hiệu quả bằng các công cụ số, và liên kết các hoạt động marketing. Quyền lợi gồm mentoring trực tiếp, học hỏi chuyên sâu, làm việc trong môi trường năng động và có phụ cấp thực tập.
Yêu cầu: Sinh viên các ngành Marketing, Truyền thông hoặc liên quan, đam mê SEO, nắm kiến thức cơ bản về Content Marketing và website, thành thạo Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush... Ưu tiên người biết thêm WordPress, Canva và tư duy logic, chủ động, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern
Description: Syntellix Academy is a platform specialized in B2B Marketing training, helping freelancers, startups, and SMEs in Vietnam establish their personal/business brand on LinkedIn.
We pursue a strategic, thorough, and sustainable approach instead of chasing short-term trends. With the vision of becoming a pioneering academy in B2B Marketing education, Syntellix Academy offers practical courses, combining online learning, 1-1 mentoring, and a community of students for mutual development.
Position Objective
Support the Marketing team in developing and optimizing SEO strategies to help Syntellix Academy increase organic traffic, enhance B2B brand recognition on digital platforms (especially on LinkedIn and the official website).
Main Tasks
- Participate in building and implementing SEO strategies: keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, website speed optimization, and UX improvement.
- Create and optimize SEO content (blog posts, landing pages, instructor profiles, courses).
- Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to ensure consistent, insightful communication.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze SEO effectiveness using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, etc.
- Support linking SEO with Digital Marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, PR, etc.).
- Contribute ideas for developing SEO/B2B Marketing course content for Syntellix Academy.
Requirements
- Currently in the 2nd/3rd/4th year of study or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or IT.
- Passionate about SEO and interested in pursuing Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Content Marketing, keywords, and website structure.
- Familiar with basic SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, or equivalent.
- Ability to write, think logically, be detail-oriented, and handle data research.
- Preferred: Knowledge of WordPress, Canva.
- Proactive attitude, quick learner, and high sense of responsibility.
