Công việc Full-time tại LTS Group, cho khách hàng Mỹ trong ngành AI và staffing healthcare, làm việc từ xa tại TP.HCM. Vai trò này sẽ dẫn dắt nhóm kỹ sư full-stack (Ruby on Rails & React), định hướng kỹ thuật, code review, phối hợp với nhóm Mỹ với lương lên tới $4500. Được nhận tối thiểu lương tháng 13, thưởng, bảo hiểm sức khoẻ, quà tặng sự kiện và nhiều chính sách phúc lợi khác.
Yêu cầu nổi bật: 5+ năm phát triển phần mềm, 2+ năm quản lý kỹ thuật/team lead, thành thạo Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, sử dụng thành thạo RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP và Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt. Bắt buộc sinh sống hoặc sẵn sàng chuyển đến TP.HCM.

This is a U.S.-based AI technology company serving the healthcare staffing industry. Our engineering team in Vietnam works closely with our U.S. product and leadership teams to build scalable, AI-driven platforms used by leading staffing firms across the country.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with deep full-stack expertise in Ruby on Rails and React to lead our Vietnam engineering team. This role combines technical leadership and people management, requiring a balance of coding, architectural guidance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, driving high-quality development and on-time delivery.
- Guide architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization across Rails and React applications.
- Manage sprint planning, project tracking, and communication through Jira and GitLab.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based product and client teams to translate business goals into scalable software solutions.
- Foster a strong engineering culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent in Vietnam.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in professional software development.
- 2+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience in Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and full-stack web application architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and modern cloud deployment environments (AWS or GCP preferred).
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills, especially across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- HCMC based or willing to relocate to HCMC (must have).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS, HRTech, or AI/ML-based products.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and infrastructure best practices.
- Background in fast-paced startup or global product development environments.
