Financial Analyst (Investment Banking)
An investment and corporate finance advisory firm is seeking an analytically sharp professional for a part-time, remote opportunity as an independent contractor. The role offers direct exposure to complex real estate and structured finance transactions, working closely with senior leadership. Compensation is $10–15/hour (higher for exceptional experience), with a required commitment of ~30 hours/week during CET working hours, and potential for growth to full-time. The focus is on investment banking–level financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution supporting high-net-worth clients, with onboarding support provided.
Candidates must have 2+ years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, with proven ability in financial modeling, valuation, and understanding of complex capital structures, particularly in real estate. Strong commercial intuition, discipline, and comfort with high-expectation environments are essential. Full availability during CET hours is non-negotiable. CFA credentials, direct real estate transaction experience, and exposure to UHNW clients are strong pluses.
Our client is an investment and corporate finance advisory firm supporting sophisticated transactions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Their work spans real estate, M&A, structured financing, and complex capital structures, often involving multi-entity and cross-border considerations.
They operate with high standards, lean teams, and direct exposure to decision-makers and complex deal work.
