Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy mobile insurance applications using Flutter
• Build user-friendly interfaces for policy management, claims processing, and premium calculators
• Ensure applications meet insurance industry standards for data security and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement insurance business logic
• Provide mentorship to junior developers on insurance-specific application features

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter
• Strong understanding of insurance concepts (policies, claims, underwriting)
• Experience building applications with complex form validation and data collection
• Ability to implement secure data handling for sensitive customer information
• Intermediate English communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely with a Global team
