Front-End Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with expertise in JavaScript and React Native to develop high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in front-end development, UI/UX best practices, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development:
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality React Native applications for web and mobile.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable JavaScript and TypeScript code.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Optimize application speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Implement best practices for lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
• Integration & API Handling:
  • Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Ensure smooth backend integration with Node.js, GraphQL, or Firebase.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers.
  • Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
  • Propose and implement new tools and frameworks to improve the development process.

Experience

Skill-set / Requirements:

• 6 to 12 years of hands-on front-end development experience.
• Strong background in building React Native applications.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React Native.
• Strong understanding of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
• Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).
• Knowledge of React Navigation, animations, and gesture handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience in cloud platforms like Google Cloud or AWS is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
