We are building a mission-critical software system that connects digital content providers with membership organizations and their users. As we scale our platform, we're undergoing a fundamental transformation to become an AI-native company – one that fully embraces AI-assisted development, full stack engineering, and the power of a high-performing, autonomous team culture.
We are now hiring Senior/Principal Full stack AI-Native Engineers to join our remote-first team and help us build the next generation of digital content services.
DOMAIN: Fintech
CLIENT: US based
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work across the full stack – frontend, backend, and optionally mobile or infrastructure – to deliver end-to-end product features.
- Own entire development lifecycles: from requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, to post-release support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape features that delight end users.
- Use AI tools like Cursor, Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini, and internal copilots to improve code quality, speed, and innovation.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal developer tooling and engineering best practices.
OUR TECH STACK
- Platform: AWS, EKS, Lambda
- Frontend: React, TailwindCSS
- Mobile: Flutter/React Native
- Backend:
- Python (FastAPI) – primary backend language
- Node.js + TypeScript – for selected backend services
- Golang – for performance-critical or network services
