Full Stack Engineer
Vai trò này là công việc remote 4 ngày/tuần tại Talent Analytics, giúp phát triển và duy trì hệ thống cốt lõi trên nền tảng Azure và .NET, đồng thời xây dựng giao diện người dùng bằng React với các tiêu chuẩn CSS hiện đại. Bạn sẽ tích hợp các mô hình AI như OpenAI APIs vào quy trình sản phẩm, phối hợp với đội ngũ để đảm bảo độ mở rộng, độ tin cậy của hệ thống.
Yêu cầu gồm kinh nghiệm phát triển full stack với Azure, .NET, thành thạo React, có hiểu biết về hệ thống phân tán, tích hợp API, và từng tích hợp AI APIs là lợi thế. Ưu tiên có bằng đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc liên quan.

Role Description: Full Stack Engineer (4-day per week remote role)
You will develop and maintain core systems that power Talent Analytics, working across both the back end and front end. The work includes building and optimizing services on Azure, implementing new features in .NET, and developing rich user interfaces in React. You will also contribute to our AI layer by integrating and operationalizing OpenAI models within product workflows. Daily responsibilities span coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of platform components. You will collaborate with product and engineering peers to deliver cohesive, high-performance solutions.
Qualifications
Strong capability in back-end and full-stack development, with solid experience building and maintaining services on Azure using .NET.
Proficiency in front-end development, particularly React, with the ability to create intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern CSS practices.
Hands-on experience integrating AI models, ideally OpenAI APIs, into production systems.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, frameworks, and tooling.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication and disciplined problem-solving.
Familiarity with cloud-based environments, API integrations, and distributed systems.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
