We are seeking a talented and experienced part-time full-stack Software Engineer to help build a mobile application for a super exciting project.

This innovative app will require the integration of Google Calendar, Apple Calendar. The application will also incorporate elements of social networking to create an engaging and user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a mobile application (Android and Apple) that integrates with Google Calendar to schedule events with ease
• Build features that enable users to easily suggest and accept times for group activities, enhancing social connections.
• Implement both frontend and backend components, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple platforms.
• Develop features that allow users to create profiles, interact socially, and suggest meetups with friends or new connections.
• Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality code.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the application is secure, reliable, and user-friendly.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, particularly Google Calendar API.
• Familiarity with mobile app development (iOS/Android) and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and user authentication systems.
• Knowledge in building social networking features such as user profiles, messaging, and notifications.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deadlines independently in a freelance capacity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Able to work minimally 20 hours per week for 6 months, including meetings and regular updates.
