About the Role:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Kinobi, you will play a crucial role in developing our core platform and shaping the future of our products. You will be responsible for creating scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code while contributing to the overall development roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and eventually take ownership of the application development roadmap, including technical research, prioritization, and action planning.
• Develop core modules with a clean and scalable architecture.
• Drive the launch and development of new platform features (details to be shared upon joining).
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to Kinobi's standards and best practices.
• Design meaningful analytics to monitor internal metrics and track strategic performance across products, regions, and teams.
• Research and develop user-friendly UI for both mobile and web platforms.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and UI frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, or similar, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong experience with MongoDB or similar databases.
• Solid understanding of software development phases such as compile, build, test, publish, and deploy, particularly for web applications.
• Comfortable working with Git for version control.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively, from simple to complex, while leading workloads and managing expectations.
• Enjoy working on tasks that may have low technical complexity but require high contextual understanding and maturity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced VUCA environment, such as startups.
• Experience working as a freelancer on technical projects, with a strong understanding of user needs.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
