Work Details
Work Nature: Full-time and Fully remote/Hybrid
Working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Work from anywhere OR Work hybrid in HCMC, Vietnam
Responsibilities
- Web Design and Development:
- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams for cohesive web designs.
- Design and optimize user interfaces using WordPress, Wix, Duda CMS, and Elementor.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- User Experience (UX) and Optimization:
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Optimize designs for SEO and performance.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Creative Problem-Solving:
- Participate in design sessions for creative solutions.
- Assist in testing and improving products designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends.
- Collaboration and Innovation:
- Implementing design requirements and innovative ideas.
- Support cross-functional teams.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Web Design and proficiency in design tools.
- Solid working experience with WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
- Good ability in English for effective communication.
- Desire to grow alongside a fast-growing company and team.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
