Yêu cầu gồm kinh nghiệm email marketing, content, SEO, partnership, thành thạo Notion, Airtable, Webflow, Zapier, khả năng viết nội dung sáng tạo và tư duy dữ liệu. Ứng viên thích nghi nhanh, phối hợp đội nhóm, ưu tiên ở Việt Nam hoặc APAC là điểm cộng lớn.

You’ll help shape our voice, define our funnels, and drive real traction. You’ve likely played across digital channels and worked close to product teams. You know how to test, learn, and move fast.

Now we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate, based in Vietnam (or APAC), who thrives in ambiguity, acts fast, and turns ideas into impact. You’ll help us build and scale growth systems — across email, content, SEO, and partnerships — to bring our story, our suppliers, and our materials to the world. it’s full-stack growth. What You’ll Do
- Growth Experiments & Funnels
- Launch and run experiments across email, landing pages, social, and SEO
- Test new channels (LinkedIn, partnerships, newsletters, communities, etc.)
- Build simple growth funnels using Notion, Airtable, Webflow, Zapier, etc.
- Track performance metrics and use data to iterate quickly
- Content & Messaging
- Help shape Tocco’s voice — clear, creative, human
- Draft supplier and material spotlights, LinkedIn posts, short email sequences, and lightweight case studies
- Collaborate with the design team to build visuals, infographics, or micro-stories
- Repurpose content across platforms with an eye on reach and consistency
- Partnerships & Outreach
- Research potential ecosystem partners (e.g. design studios, sustainability orgs, material labs)
- Craft highly personalized outreach messages — no templates, no spam
- Manage outreach pipelines and drive follow-ups through to results
- Internal Ops & Automation
- Help systematize our marketing workflows
- Create templates, automate outreach, build dashboards, and clean up the chaos
- Collaborate closely with product, supplier, and ops teams to align messaging and timing
Potential Future Scope
We hire people who grow — and we design roles that evolve. This role could grow into:
- Head of Growth — Owning growth strategy, spend, and full-funnel metrics
- Content Lead — Running editorial, materials storytelling, and community
- Growth Product Manager — Working at the intersection of product and user acquisition
- Partnerships Manager — Owning co-marketing and ecosystem development
