Lead with AI tuyển dụng vị trí Quản lý tăng trưởng & Marketing làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, toàn thời gian, báo cáo trực tiếp cho CEO. Vai trò này chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế chiến lược tăng trưởng, tối ưu hóa chuyển đổi khách hàng, quản lý nội dung, tích hợp marketing với bán hàng, cũng như đánh giá và cải tiến hiệu suất chiến dịch. Chế độ lương thưởng cạnh tranh, cùng gói phúc lợi hấp dẫn và cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp rõ ràng.
Yêu cầu ứng viên thành thạo tiếng Anh, có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực marketing hoặc tăng trưởng B2B. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với HubSpot, SamCart, Circle, Zapier, giao tiếp tốt và có khả năng lý giải, ứng dụng AI vào công việc thực tiễn. Làm việc cùng đội ngũ quốc tế năng động và chuyên nghiệp.

About the Role
As our Growth & Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full growth journey - from lead generation to conversion, for Lead with AI’s products and services including:
- Executive Boot Camps (AI, Agentic AI, AI in HR)
- Membership (Online community, live masterclasses, playbooks)
- Enterprise Adoption (keynotes, workshops, LMS-based learning, cohort trainings)
You’ll design and optimize funnels, run campaigns, and work hand-in-hand with sales and product to bring more members and clients into our ecosystem. Key tasks include:
- Growth Strategy & Execution
- Lead Generation & Sales Integration
- Content & Campaign Management
- Performance Evaluation & Optimization
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing or growth role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally. Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Practical thinker who can explain and apply AI in real work.
The ideal candidate:
- Is used to working in international, cross-cultural, remote teams.
- Works in the AI (education) space.
- Has experience with Kit, HubSpot, SamCart, Circle, and Zapier.
