Growth Marketing Manager
PancakeSwap tuyển dụng vị trí quản lý marketing tăng trưởng làm việc từ xa tại khu vực APAC. Bạn sẽ xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược tăng trưởng toàn diện, dẫn dắt các chương trình trọng điểm, phát triển thông điệp cho từng phân khúc người dùng, phối hợp với sản phẩm nâng cấp trải nghiệm onboarding và xác định các đòn bẩy tăng trưởng như giới thiệu, trò chơi hoá.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm lãnh đạo marketing (ưu tiên DeFi/crypto), từng xây dựng cộng đồng, kể chuyện thương hiệu, có thành tích tăng trưởng sản phẩm và triển khai chiến dịch ấn tượng. Ứng viên cần thành thạo môi trường phi tập trung, quản lý nhóm từ xa, giao tiếp tốt và phù hợp với múi giờ APAC.

Description: Key Responsibilities
Design and execute growth strategies across the full funnel and optimize key activation moments
Lead major growth initiatives for campaigns and incentive programs
Develop targeted messaging and campaigns for different user segments
Continuously iterate based on data, not opinions
Partner with Product & Design to improve onboarding and trading UX and translate features into clear user value propositions
Identify growth levers embedded in the product (referrals, gamification, personalization)
Work closely with cross-functional teams to get data insights and dashboards, amplify marketing initiatives, etc.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing leadership, ideally with hands-on experience in DeFi/crypto area
Strong background in community building, brand storytelling, or growth marketing
Strong brand builder and communicator with a track record of shaping narratives, growing products, and launching memorable campaigns
Comfortable navigating decentralized ecosystems, managing remote teams, and collaborating across time zones
