Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City for a Growth Associate - Marketing (Social & Partnerships). We are looking for a Growth Associate who lives at the intersection of creative content, influencer partnerships, and performance data. You won't just post to social media; you will own the entire growth loop—from identifying viral hooks to managing KOL relationships and running paid ads to scale what works. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who understands that "viral" is a science and "engagement" is a precursor to revenue.

What You'll Do

• Full-Funnel Social Growth: Manage and grow our social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) by creating content that is impossible to scroll past.
• KOL & Partnership Management: Identify, outreach, and negotiate partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and travel influencers to expand our reach.
• Viral Content Engineering: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) to move fast and create high-retention video hooks, memes, and carousels.
• Paid Social Execution: Run and optimize ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok, using organic "winners" to drive cost-effective user acquisition.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement and conversion results, adjusting content and ad spend based on real-time performance data.
• Trend Sourcing: Stay culturally plugged-in to internet trends to ensure CuddlyNest is always part of the global conversation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Creative & Analytical: You have a strong sense of design and clear writing, but you are also driven by "measurable results".
• KOL Savvy: You know how to spot the right influencers and manage those relationships professionally.
• AI-Fluent: Skilled with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Midjourney, Descript, or similar to amplify your creative output.
• Fast-Paced: You are self-driven, pro-active, and able to move fast in a startup environment.
• Culturally Plugged-in: You are "chronically online" in a way that helps you understand what makes content clickable and shareable.

Bonus Points

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or ecommerce startups.
• You have successfully grown your own side project or social account organically.
• Experience managing five-figure monthly ad budgets.
