Head of Security - FinTech / Remote / APAC
Vị trí lãnh đạo cấp cao trong lĩnh vực an ninh mạng cho công ty FinTech tăng trưởng nhanh tại khu vực APAC, làm việc từ xa, toàn thời gian. Vai trò tập trung xây dựng chương trình an ninh bảo mật tổng thể, quản lý chiến lược, rủi ro, bảo mật hạ tầng cloud, phản ứng sự cố, triển khai công nghệ như SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF và đào tạo đội ngũ. Chính sách lương thưởng hấp dẫn, trực tiếp làm việc với ban lãnh đạo công ty.
Ứng viên cần tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm an ninh mạng, trong đó 3 năm ở vị trí lãnh đạo, kinh nghiệm ở Crypto, FinTech hoặc Banking, đã từng làm tại APAC. Yêu cầu nắm vững bảo mật cloud, triển khai thực tế các công cụ monitoring, ưu tiên có chứng chỉ chuyên môn.

Description: Our client, a rapidly scaling FinTech is seeking a Head of Security to lead an end‑to‑end information security function. This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role (80% programme leadership, 20% technical depth) responsible for building and running a modern, risk‑based security programme across cloud infrastructure, secure SDLC, incident response, and compliance.
You’ll partner closely with Engineering, DevOps, and company leadership to embed security into every layer of the business, while leading a growing team of security professionals. This role reports directly to the CTO.
What you’ll lead
Company‑wide security strategy, governance, and risk management
Cloud security architecture and secure infrastructure practices
Security incident response and investigations
Secure SDLC, code scanning, dependency checks, and vulnerability management
Implementation and oversight of SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and other core security technologies
Security assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Training and awareness programmes across technical and non‑technical teams
What you bring
- 7+ years in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in a leadership or team‑lead role
- Recent history working within Crypto, FinTech, PayTech, Banking or similar.
- Prior experience working within the APAC region.
- Strong grounding in risk management and real‑world security programme execution
- Hands‑on cloud security experience (architecture, reviews, pipelines)
- Proven experience leading incident response
- Solid understanding of SIEM, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools
- Security certifications are a plus
