Influencer Marketing Manager
SYRA đang tuyển dụng vị trí quản lý influencer marketing làm việc bán thời gian, remote tại Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng mối quan hệ với influencer, triển khai các chiến dịch influencer sáng tạo, hợp tác với đối tác, theo dõi hiệu quả và đảm bảo sự nhất quán với định hướng thương hiệu.
Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm influencer marketing, kỹ năng sáng tạo nội dung và social media, khả năng phân tích/đo lường, giao tiếp/đàm phán tốt, tự chủ khi làm việc từ xa. Ưu tiên am hiểu ngành làm đẹp/sức khỏe và tốt nghiệp Marketing hoặc ngành liên quan.

Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with influencers, developing innovative influencer campaigns, and managing collaborations to increase brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and onboarding influencers, creating strategic partnerships, managing campaign timelines, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with SYRA’s brand vision.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing strategies and ability to create impactful campaigns
- Experience in building and managing professional relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Skills in content creation, social media platforms, and tracking performance analytics
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and maintaining brand integrity in collaboration
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
- Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
