Key responsibilities:

  • Support daily IT-related tasks including endpoint technical support, software, network, domain, and email management.
  • Responsible for purchasing and managing office equipment, including laptops, mobile phones, and test devices.
  • Build and manage the company’s VPN, setting up and managing endpoint and development server networks with security groups.
  • Assist users remotely in resolving issues with terminals, software, and network-related problems.
  • Assist departments with the maintenance and implementation of enterprise applications such as OA, ERP, and HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with Web3 industry experience and remote IT support experience preferred.
  • Proficient in using Mac and Linux systems, able to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation.
  • Good communication in both Chinese and English
  • Open to candidates in Singapore/Taiwan/Hong Kong
