L2 Support Engineer
Vị trí này thuộc công ty STYL Solutions Pte. Ltd., làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, toàn thời gian. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cấp 2 cho hạ tầng cloud, giám sát hệ thống, xử lý cảnh báo và sự cố, phối hợp với các bộ phận chuyên môn để giải quyết sự cố, quản lý ticket và lập báo cáo. Phúc lợi hấp dẫn gồm 19 ngày phép/năm, lương thưởng cạnh tranh, bảo hiểm sức khỏe, chế độ tăng lương, 100% lương & BHXH khi thử việc, môi trường quốc tế và cơ hội onsite Nhật, Singapore.
Yêu cầu có 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm Cloud IT Support, có kỹ năng vận hành AWS/Azure ở mức độ tác nghiệp, quản trị hệ thống Linux, scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python), quen thuộc với ticketing/sự cố IT, có khả năng giao tiếp Tiếng Anh. Ưu tiên: Hiểu CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), MySQL, ITIL, Docker, vi kiến trúc.

L2 Support Engineer at STYL Solutions Pte. Ltd. · Vietnam (Remote)
Description:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operations & Support
- Ticketing & Reporting
- Monitoring & Automation

Qualifications
Here at STYL Solutions, we encourage our employees to take initiative, propose ideas and provide them with the opportunity to dive into multiple projects. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as AWS/Azure (Operation level)
- Experience administering Linux systems
- Basic scripting ability (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for operational and automation tasks
- Understanding of incident management and IT operations processes
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-based support
Nice-to-have
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts (no pipeline ownership required)
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases (support level)
