Lead / Senior Finance & Accounting Executive
Vị trí này tại Stories of Asia, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Ứng viên chịu trách nhiệm quản lý toàn bộ quy trình kế toán tài chính của doanh nghiệp (AP/AR, thanh toán, đối chiếu, báo cáo tài chính, dự báo dòng tiền), cải tiến quy trình và hỗ trợ ra quyết định cho CEO. Được làm việc trong môi trường startup năng động với vai trò chủ chốt giúp đảm bảo minh bạch tài chính dài hạn.
Yêu cầu gồm: 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán/tài chính, tốt nghiệp đại học liên quan, am hiểu sâu về AP/AR, lập báo cáo tài chính và dự báo dòng tiền. Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán (Xero, QuickBooks). Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm tại SMEs hoặc môi trường đa thực thể, có tinh thần chủ động, trách nhiệm cao.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations (AP/AR & Payments)
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Review invoices, validate supporting documents, and prepare payment batches.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and the CEO for payment approvals.
- Monitor due dates to prevent late payments or duplicate submissions.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure data accuracy in accounting systems.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.
- Implement proper internal controls and maintain financial hygiene.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly cashflow forecasts.
- Analyze spending trends, variances, and business performance.
- Provide insights and scenarios to support CEO’s decision-making.
- Assist in annual budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.
- Process Improvement
- Strengthen financial processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
- Recommend tools, systems, or workflows to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Support the development of SOPs for finance operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Experience preparing cashflow forecasts and analyzing financial data.
- Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Jurnal, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with high responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with senior stakeholders.

- Experience in SMEs, startups, or multi-entity environments.
- Process-driven with the ability to troubleshoot and streamline workflows.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
