This is a remote position.
Fixed Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm PST. (4 hrs/day, 20 hrs/week)
Scope:

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects using Asana to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Create and schedule social media content using platforms like Later.com
- Design graphics using Canva for various marketing campaigns
- Assist with email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and MailChimp
- Support administrative tasks related to client management and project coordination
Requirements
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic graphic design skills, particularly with Canva
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp)
