Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with deep expertise in payments to position HitPay as a thought leader in domestic payment acceptance and cross-border payments for businesses. This role will be instrumental in building compelling narratives, creating content, driving engagement at B2B events, and exploring innovative B2B marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership and Content Creation:

Develop compelling case studies that highlight HitPay’s success stories and innovative solutions.

Create content for blogs, white papers, and reports that establish HitPay as a leader in payments.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality materials for B2B events, including presentations, flyers, and handouts.

Event Marketing:

Plan and execute participation in industry events such as Money2020, merchant fairs, and payment industry forums.

Develop engaging event content, including panels, workshops, and networking activities.

Act as HitPay’s representative at key industry events, ensuring consistent messaging and thought leadership.

B2B Channel Exploration:

Identify and test new marketing channels to reach mid-market platforms and micro- to mid-sized businesses.

Build partnerships with industry players to co-market solutions and drive brand visibility.

Leverage digital tools and platforms to amplify HitPay’s presence across targeted geographies.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and content initiatives.

Use data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on payments or fintech.

Proven track record of creating impactful B2B marketing strategies.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially in crafting case studies and thought leadership content.

Experience in planning and executing successful B2B event marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
