JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Global KOC Booking Team Lead, You will oversee Nano/Micro influencer seeding campaigns in the US and Japan alongside members of HQ global marketing team.
You will lead 6 team members in Vietnam, handling diverse influencer marketing tasks ranging from campaign operations and managing global social media content.

• Mass Nano/Micro KOC Booking
  • Campaign: Free Gifting Campaign for Nano/Micro Creators
  • Target Market: USA & Japan
  • Target KPI: Creating 900 Videos per month with KOCs
    • Team size: 6 members with Freshers and 1 to 3 years of experience
      • Total of 900 or more video uploads: 1 member uploads 150 or more
      • We plan to select team members together after you join
    • AI Crawling Tool & Other influencer research tool will be provided
• Campaign Performance Management
  • Track content uploads, views, and engagement metrics by countries/platforms
  • Prepare and submit reports/meetings to headquarters weekly/monthly
• Optimizing Campaign Performance
  • Improve content guidelines, email/DM outreach templates, operational processes, etc.
  • Propose and execute action items to improve the performance of campaign; influencer acceptance rates, video upload rates, view/engagement rates, and purchase conversion rates
  • Analyze competitors' viral content and propose and execute action items to improve performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in KOL/KOC booking or social media marketing
• Able to communicate in English or Korean via chat/text to discuss work with the internal team (Using AI tools to support is allowed)
  • Work meeting will be conducted once a week, so speaking is still required
• Experience leading influencer booking campaigns from start to finish
• Team leadership experience managing teams of 5+ members
• Strong understanding of social media content trends related to beauty topics
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics based on data, formulate hypotheses for improvement, and execute effectively
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience in marketing to U.S. and Japanese consumers
• Experience working at beauty brands, influencer marketing agencies, or MCNs
• Experience utilizing influencer research tools; Exolyt, Fastmoss, etc.
• Experience managing large volumes of data using Google Sheets and automation tools

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)
    • Working hours: 7 AM – 4 PM (GMT +7)
    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)
  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Senior: Gross 24M ~ 30M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
