Nhân viên chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm, hợp tác và phát triển quan hệ đối tác, phân tích chất lượng traffic và đóng góp trực tiếp vào doanh thu. Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm với mạng lưới đối tác, publisher hoặc influencer, kỹ năng đàm phán và giao tiếp xuất sắc, khả năng phân tích dữ liệu hiệu quả, thành thạo bảng tính, công cụ tracking và sử dụng tốt cả tiếng Việt lẫn tiếng Anh. Phù hợp với ứng viên định hướng affiliate marketing, mong muốn phát triển quốc tế.

Description
We are looking for a results-driven Partnership Manager based in Vietnam to join our growing international team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling partnerships, driving high-quality traffic, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in Vietnam
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and collaboration formats
- Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and overall performance
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics)
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with partnership networks, direct publishers, or influencers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance reports
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
