Payments Partnership Officer
Vị trí này tại IUX (làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng toàn thời gian) phụ trách đảm bảo kết nối thanh toán địa phương mạnh mẽ, hiệu suất cao ở nhiều thị trường. Ứng viên sẽ tích hợp, quản lý các PSP rủi ro cao, giải quyết thách thức pháp lý, tối ưu hóa kết nối thanh toán qua PromptPay, UPI, QRIS, Momo cũng như hỗ trợ mở rộng thị trường với các bộ phận liên quan. Chính sách phúc lợi gồm bảo hiểm sức khỏe cao cấp, hỗ trợ laptop, gói quyền lợi linh hoạt.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có trên 4 năm kinh nghiệm về thanh toán rủi ro cao hoặc đối tác PSP, có kiến thức vững về thị trường và hệ sinh thái thanh toán, từng hỗ trợ các nền tảng CFD, Forex, game hoặc crypto. Kỹ năng đàm phán, giải quyết vấn đề nổi bật, chủ động, thích nghi nhanh với môi trường tăng trưởng là điểm cộng. Ưu tiên ứng viên hiểu biết thị trường châu Á.
About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring our platform has the most robust, high-performance local payment connectivity in assigned markets. You are expected to navigate the complex intersection of high-risk processing, local banking infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
- Secure, onboard, and manage alternative and high-risk PSPs across assigned markets
- Navigate regulatory, operational, and settlement challenges in complex jurisdictions
- Deep-dive into local banking rails (e.g., PromptPay, UPI, QRIS, Momo) to ensure our integrations are optimized for speed and reliability.
- Maintain multi-PSP redundancy to ensure payment continuity and risk mitigation
- Monitor PSP performance, manage escalations, and control payment-related risk exposure
- Support market expansion initiatives in close collaboration with Compliance and Business Development teams
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in high-risk payments, PSP partnerships, or payment operations
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and local market dynamics
- Hands-on experience supporting CFD, Forex, gaming, or crypto platforms
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a young, fast-moving, and high-growth environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
