- Act as the point-of-contact for employee relations, addressing complaints and conflict resolution.
- Maintain a positive work environment, fostering employee development and engagement.
- Possess strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices across multiple states.
- Assist with key initiatives and projects that contribute to the overall goals of the organization.
- 5+ years of human resources experience working with multiple client groups.
- Extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching managers and employees.
- Ability to track and complete projects effectively across the organization.
- Proficiency with data and various HR platforms.
