Product Designer - AI/LLM Products
Vị trí này tại Teravision Technologies là công việc tự do, làm việc hoàn toàn từ xa với thời gian linh hoạt 40 giờ/tuần, mức thu nhập tính bằng USD. Nhân sự sẽ chịu trách nhiệm dẫn dắt thiết kế sản phẩm AI/LLM, phỏng vấn stakeholder, xây dựng giao diện người dùng trực quan, prototyping nhanh và hợp tác với kỹ sư trên nền tảng Agile. Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế sản phẩm, từng tham gia vào các sản phẩm AI, am hiểu prompt engineering, cấu trúc hệ thống, sử dụng thành thạo Figma, rapid prototyping và có kỹ năng quản lý stakeholder, làm việc nhóm Agile.

General Details:
- Fully remote position.
- Working hours (40 hours/week any timezone)
- Employment type: Contractor.
- Compensation in USD.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product design for AI/LLM tools, translating business objectives into actionable features.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate requirements sessions, and present design strategy to executives.
- Design intuitive AI-assisted workflows and user interfaces, balancing automation with user control.
- Rapidly prototype, iterate on designs, and collaborate closely with engineers on technical feasibility.
- Participate in Agile delivery, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and sprint goals.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years in product design, including cross-functional roles (PM, Designer, Design Lead)
- Experience with AI/LLM products: prompt engineering, RAG systems, context management, AI UX
- Technical fluency: API design, data models, system architecture
- Agile/Scrum experience and collaborative pair design/programming
- Expert in Figma and rapid prototyping
- Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and task prioritization
- Portfolio showcasing complex, technical product work
