QC Specialist - Seamless Intimate Apparel (Vietnam-Based)

We are looking for a QC Specialist, who is creative, analytical and passionate about Underwear, Seamless, Apparel & Fashion. This role needs to comply with the QC schedule arrangement. Execute the final inspection of each order before shipping out. Execute the in-line inspection when production starts sewing and conduct the container supervision if need be on site. 

Reports:

• In-line inspection report:

  • Critical defects found: send the report within 24hrs.

  • No critical found: send the report every Friday.

• Final inspection report:

  • Pass report: send the report every Friday.

  • Fail report: send the report within 24hrs.

• Container loading report:

  • Send the report every Friday.

• Audit Schedule report (weekly-Friday):

Inspections:

• Properly arranged the inspections between factories.

• Take inspections individually and send reports as required.

• Send audit reports and upload reports on Google file.

Partnerships:

• Find critical issues in production and discuss them with the QC manager at first of time.

• Find and feedback on improper audit procedures in daily work.

• Help to make our QC team with higher level and standard.

Factory:

• Take responsibility for all inspections.

Works:

• Taking inspections as our SOPs instructed.

• Ensure factories are available for the tools required before each final inspection:
  

  • Approved top samples, lab dip, trim card, packaging template, 

  • Correct packing list

  • Original Purchase orders

  • Any deviation approved needs printed out the email communications

  • Sign a report with a factory representative.
    

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Quality experience (Intimate/Seamless Garments)
  

• Good English communication skills

• Basic Excel and PowerPoint
