Regional Marketing Specialist
Vị trí này làm việc toàn thời gian cho công ty THCD Limited tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh (làm việc từ xa). Bạn sẽ lập kế hoạch, triển khai chiến dịch marketing tại khu vực, tổ chức sự kiện, phân tích hiệu quả và phối hợp với bán hàng. Chế độ lương thưởng cạnh tranh theo hiệu quả, bảo hiểm sức khỏe riêng, 20 ngày phép, và các khoản hỗ trợ học tập, thể thao, du lịch.
Ứng viên cần có bằng đại học liên quan, 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm marketing khu vực, giỏi công cụ quảng cáo số như Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, thành thạo tiếng Anh; kinh nghiệm ngành fintech là điểm cộng.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to develop, localize, and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within the assigned region. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure global strategies are effectively adapted to regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify regional trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Adapt and localize global marketing materials and messaging to ensure relevance in the region.
- Have knowledge and experience in MKT 360 degrees, including offline and online targeted to regional audiences.
- Organize and manage seminar/offline event for company and on behalf of our partner.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance/promotion, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI.
- Report on KPIs, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to regional and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a regional or international role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email automation).
- Experience in adapting campaigns for different cultural and linguistic contexts.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a strategic and logical mindset.
- Excellent operation and execution skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
- Fluency in English; experience in CFD, Forex, Crypto, Fintech industry is a plus.
