Ứng viên chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế giao diện UI/UX cho sản phẩm tối ưu hóa sales funnel, bao gồm nghiên cứu người dùng, xây dựng wireframe, prototype hướng mobile-first, tối ưu trải nghiệm dựa trên phản hồi và hoạt động cùng đội kỹ sư. Thu nhập cạnh tranh, đầy đủ bảo hiểm, 20 ngày nghỉ/năm, môi trường quốc tế và các chương trình đào tạo được tài trợ.
Yêu cầu chính: 4+ năm kinh nghiệm UI/UX design cho web hoặc mobile, thành thạo Figma, hiểu biết về accessibility, usability testing; có portfolio nổi bật; tiếng Anh tốt và sống tại Việt Nam. About the Role:
Sunbytes is hiring a highly skilled Remote UI/UX Designer, be working with our Australian SaaS client, which specializes in a platform for sales funnel optimization.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will join a multidisciplinary product team to craft high‐conversion user journeys for our plug‐in sales funnel product. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and marketers to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces and continually optimize the experience using data and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Research & Discovery: Gather and analyze user requirements, conduct research/testing, and leverage data (surveys, interviews, analytics) to guide design decisions.
- Ideation & Design: Develop sitemaps, flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; design intuitive UI elements with a mobile-first approach.
- Iteration: Identify UX issues, refine layouts using feedback/metrics, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineers and stakeholders, provide documentation, and support agile workflows to ensure quality implementation.
- Design System & Accessibility: Maintain scalable design systems (Figma components/variables), ensure product consistency, and champion accessibility (WCAG AA).
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies; apply data-driven, experimental approaches to innovate.
Requirements
Must have
- Excellent English communication skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, comfortable working with design systems, variables, component libraries, and collaborative workflows.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions, with an emphasis on research-driven processes and outcomes.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows to communicate interaction and layout.
- Deep understanding of user research methods, usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Solid grasp of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout) and the ability to craft polished, responsive interfaces.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Nice to Have
- Motion design and animation experience.
- Experience designing SaaS products, e-commerce funnels or conversion-rate optimization.
- Knowledge of advanced design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Exposure to analytics platforms, A/B testing tools and methodologies for measuring design impact.
