Sales Manager – Southeast Asia

About the Role: Victron Energy is seeking a committed, technically minded Sales Manager to strengthen and expand presence across Southeast Asia. The role involves managing distribution partners, OEM manufacturers, and EPCs in key markets such as Marine, Professional Vehicles, Off-Grid, and Solar Power.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing partners in Southeast Asia
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Provide product and system training to partners
- Offer technical and commercial support for projects
- Coordinate account planning and performance tracking
- Support partner-driven marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Based in Southeast Asia with regional travel ability
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- Minimum 10 years in a similar industry
- Proven success in B2B sales and distribution management
- Experience with Victron Energy products is valuable
- Technical or electrical engineering background
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
- Self-starter and capable of managing priorities remotely
