Sales Representative
Vị trí này làm việc cho CONTEC MEDICAL SYSTEMS USA INC., làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm phát triển khách hàng quốc tế, tư vấn giải pháp sản phẩm, tham gia triển lãm ngành thiết bị y tế, phối hợp với các bộ phận trong nước để hỗ trợ khách hàng, cũng như lập báo cáo và quản lý hồ sơ khách hàng.
Ứng viên cần có bằng Đại học ngành Thương mại, Marketing, Tiếng Anh hoặc liên quan thiết bị y tế, đồng thời thành thạo tiếng Anh trong giao tiếp và viết. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong lĩnh vực thiết bị y tế và có sẵn sàng đi công tác ngắn ngày ra nước ngoài. Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề là yêu cầu bắt buộc.

Job description:
- Responsible for customer development and maintenance in the overseas medical device market, formulate regional sales plans, and achieve individual and team sales targets;
- Connect with the needs of overseas customers, provide product solution consulting, promote contract negotiation, signing, and order follow-up, and ensure timely payment collection;
- Participate in promotion activities such as overseas medical device exhibitions and industry conferences, build customer resource networks, and collect market and competitor information;
- Coordinate with domestic R&D, production, and logistics teams to solve customers' problems in product use and after-sales maintenance, and improve customer satisfaction;
- Complete the statistics of sales data, report writing, and update of customer files, and regularly report work progress to the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in International Trade, Marketing, English, and Medical Device-related fields;
- English proficiency should equivalent business English ability, be proficient in using English for written communication (email, contract writing) and oral communication (customer connection, online/offline meetings); be able to adapt to short-term overseas business trips (such as participating in exhibitions, visiting key customers)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
