Carepatron đang tìm kiếm kỹ sư AI cấp cao làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam. Vai trò này tập trung thiết kế hệ thống AI đa tác nhân và tích hợp AI vào quy trình chăm sóc sức khỏe với môi trường làm việc linh hoạt và hưởng lợi ích ESOP.
Yêu cầu gồm 7+ năm kinh nghiệm phát triển hệ thống phần mềm lớn, thành thạo Generative AI, LLMs, RAG và triển khai mô hình AI vào thực tế. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với framework agentic.
Bạn sẽ làm việc cùng đội ngũ năng động, ảnh hưởng trực tiếp tới sản phẩm và tương lai của hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe AI.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to architect and deliver the next generation of multi-agent AI systems in healthcare. You’ll design agent-based architectures that coordinate specialized AI capabilities—reasoning, planning, task automation, and information retrieval—into seamless, reliable workflows. These systems will operate within the complexity of real-world healthcare environments, integrating data, context, and user intent to take meaningful actions autonomously.

What You'll Do
- Deliver production-ready AI: Design robust, scalable system architectures—including multi-agent and distributed AI components—and ensure they integrate seamlessly with our platform.
- Maintain high standards: Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor other engineers to uphold high engineering standards.
- Experiment with AI technologies: Evaluate, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge tools into our platform and products.
- Stay curious: Stay informed about emerging AI and health tech trends, bringing fresh ideas to drive innovation.
Skills and Experience
- Experience with agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Experience integrating and deploying AI models in production environments.
- 7+ years of experience developing and architecting large-scale software solutions.
