About the Position
Our client, an insurance firm in Singapore, is looking for two senior resources to collaborate on the development of an internal AI tool. This tool will utilize an AI agent framework to coordinate the collection and vetting of problem statements from the business.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement an AI agent framework to coordinate the collection and vetting of business problem statements.
- Integrate and customize AI agent platforms such as n8n, Langflow, or similar frameworks to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workflows, automate processes, and ensure seamless functionality of the AI tool.
- Optimize AI agent performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
- Stay updated on emerging AI agent technologies and recommend improvements to enhance tool efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on AI agent frameworks.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing n8n, Langflow, or similar AI agent platforms in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or equivalent for AI development.
- Deep understanding of workflow automation, API integrations, and agent-based systems.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with remote teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in agent-based systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for hosting AI solutions.
- Prior work on internal tools or enterprise software solutions.
