Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer to lead our blockchain initiatives. You will play a key role in our team to drive the development of robust, secure, and scalable decentralized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of large-scale blockchain systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Integrate blockchain technologies into our centralized system to securely record transactions.
- Identify and mitigate blockchain security vulnerabilities and cryptographic risks.
- Develop and manage blockchain infrastructure, including coin nodes and related components.
- Participate in and contribute to code reviews, maintaining adherence to coding standards and best practices; resolve complex issues.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of blockchain technologies within the product ecosystem.
- Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in blockchain technology, applying insights to improve solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum or Solana.
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus protocols, and network architecture.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain security and cryptography.
- Experience in leading the design and implementation of large-scale blockchain systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a FinTech environment.
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and other blockchain-based financial systems.
- Familiarity with additional blockchain platforms like Binance Smart Chain, TON, or Cardano.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
