This is a remote position.

• Design, develop and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for our diverse range of solutions, ensuring reliable and efficient software deployments;
• Proactively drive improvements in deployments processes, automating end-to-end workflows and identifying opportunities to streamline operations;
• Create and maintain deployment strategies that synchronize across multiple technology stacks, ensuring consistency and minimizing downtime;
• Implement and integrate automated testing frameworks (e.g. SonarQube) to ensure code quality, security and compliance with industry standards;
• Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams to foster a DevOps culture and continuously improve the deployment lifecycle;
• Manage and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ensuring that environments are reproducible, scalable and highly available;
• Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering best-practice solutions for infrastructure, automation and deployment challenges;
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize CI/CD pipelines, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring high system reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines in complex environments, with experience in multi-cloud environments being a plus;
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Jenkins, Azure Pipelines);
• Strong knowledge of Git technologies, including version control, branching strategies and repository management;
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as SonarQube, along with commitment to maintaining code quality;
• Experience in managing and deploying cloud platforms like AWS, SAP or other comparable services;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation would be beneficial;
• Strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation of routine tasks and integration of systems;
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and push for improvements across the organization;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different teams and stakeholders;
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring that deployment strategies are reliable, scalable and maintainable;
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest DevOps practices and technologies;
• Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving tools, and continuously expand your skill set to meet the demands of our dynamic environment.
