Beans app tuyển dụng vị trí kiến trúc sư Flutter cấp cao tại Việt Nam với toàn thời gian, mức lương khoảng $3,000/tháng. Bạn sẽ quyết định kiến trúc và cấu trúc mã nguồn cho một ứng dụng fintech đang phát triển, trực tiếp viết mã sản xuất và phối hợp chặt chẽ với kỹ sư backend nhiều năm kinh nghiệm. Công việc chủ yếu làm việc từ xa, giao tiếp nội bộ bằng tiếng Việt.
Yêu cầu gồm 10+ năm kinh nghiệm phần mềm, 4+ năm chuyên sâu Flutter, hiểu sâu framework, làm việc độc lập, kỹ năng tiếng Anh cơ bản và ưu tiên ứng viên từng xây dựng app tài chính/thanh toán. Môi trường startup nhỏ, bạn sẽ có ảnh hưởng lớn đến sản phẩm.

We have taken a different approach and will target the general public. Inside the app, all blockchain-related things have been abstracted away, offering a bank experience using blockchain technology! Description: Own the architecture of a growing fintech app — Senior Flutter Developer. We're Beans, a small Dutch fintech startup, and we're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who gets excited about owning and shaping an app's architecture — not just writing features on top of someone else's decisions.
What makes this role different:
- You won't be handed a backlog and told to execute. With a team of just 2 developers, every architectural decision you make has real, visible impact.
- You'll be the person we rely on to:
- Make structural decisions that keep the codebase healthy as the product grows.
- Debug the hard problems — the ones that require deep understanding, not just Stack Overflow.
- Challenge existing patterns when you see a better way.
- This is a hands-on IC role. You write production code daily. No meetings-about-meetings, no management overhead.
The team you'd join: Our current developer, Cuong, has ~18 years of experience and is an expert-level .NET backend engineer. He owns the backend architecture. We're looking for someone who can be that same caliber of expert, but for Flutter. Together, you'd each own your domain — backend and mobile — while collaborating as equals.
Who we're looking for:
- 10+ years in software development, 4+ years actively building in Flutter.
- Expert-level Flutter knowledge — someone who truly knows the framework inside out.
- Someone who has opinions about app architecture — and can back them up.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Basic knowledge of .NET is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Experience with financial/payment apps is a plus.
- Full-time (40h/week), based in Vietnam.
Communication: Your day-to-day collaboration will be with our back-end engineer Cuong — so most communication will be in Vietnamese. That said, you'll need a good working level of English for occasional communication with the founders (written and spoken — think Slack messages, calls, code reviews, and demo meetings).
Compensation: Around $3,000/month depending on experience. We're building long-term — not looking for a 6-month contractor.
